Imagine experiencing peace and joy, connecting with yourself, gaining deep insight into the nature of mind and emotions and through that have clarity, reduce stress and learn to handle difficult situations.
During this weekend my former teacher and Buddhist monk Stephan will guide us through mindfulness, meditation and time proven Buddhist tools, techniques and understanding. He will share different methods to:
· Change your relationship to difficult feelings like anxiety and despair
· Transform the energy of challenging emotions
· Find calmness and groundedness in a busy life
· Bring insights from meditation into your relationships
· Experiencing and resting right now in our natural state of inner peace, the ultimate source of lasting happiness.
· Regain focus and the ability to concentrate
· Cultivate an open and cherishing attitude to yourself and others, conjoined with emotional robustness.
This weekend is for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners who seek to refresh their practices. The meditation practices and lectures come from the Buddhist tradition. You can practice meditation with any faith, or no faith at all.

Please bring your own lunch for the lunch breaks.
Feel free to wear comfortable clothes (jogging pants) and socks. You can bring a blanket to keep warm during the meditations.
Stephan Wormland, MA in clinical psychology, is trained in Gestalt therapy. He has studied and practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 30 years and spent 5 years in meditation retreats. Stephan was a monk in the Tibetan Mahāyāna Gelugpa tradition (the lineage of the Dalai Lama) for 11 years and teaches meditation in Buddhist centers all over Europe.
I had the pleasure of being a student of Stephan’s in Copenhagen and have found his approach very structured, empathetic and fun. He has walked his talk and understands how the mind works and which methods generate the results to lasting happiness. The rest is up to us to apply.
